About

Darrell E. Webster maintains his certification as a Family Law Specialist with the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. 

Mr. Webster graduated from University of the Pacific, McGeorge school of Law and was licensed to practice law in the State of California in 1981.  He joined the firm of Langlois & McDonald, where he was promoted to partner and maintained his practice for many years until deciding to move his practice to Roseville and open the Law Office of Darell E. Webster. 

Mr. Webster began practicing Family Law in 1982, and became certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization in 1987. He maintains his certification status by attending continuing legal education courses and seminars each year, and is a member of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists.

Mr. Webster has been a practicing family law mediator for more than 15 years, helping numerous couples complete the divorce process without protracted and adversarial litigation.  He is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and a member of the Sacramento Collaborative Practice Group (see our services page for more information).  He also regularly volunteers his services to the Sacramento and Placer County courts, where he sits as a Judge Pro Tempore in their settlement conference departments.

Mr. Webster is a native of Sacramento County, where he resides with his wife of 34 years.  They are the parents of four and the grandparents of eleven.
