Mr. Webster's regular hourly rate is $350 per hr.  Retainer deposits are generally discussed during your initial consultation appointment. 

In dissolution of marriage cases, retainer deposits usually range between $3,500 and $7,500 depending on several factors, such as the complexity of your case, and which approach to divorce you intend to pursue.  Mr. Webster also requires a replenishing deposit should your account balance fall below a certain level.

In other types of actions such as adoptions, modifications of child custody or support, paternity actions and guardianships, retainer deposits vary.  Mr Webster's hourly fee for all cases is $350 per hour.
